The Army Half Marathon was quite an experience. It was really quite upsetting reading in the papers the next day that a CPT had passed away after clearing the 21KM mark. I actually saw him being stretchered off – just when I reached at 7am.

You’ve gotta love Rascal Flatts – its such a simply perfect song. One of those rare ‘just the right amount of emotion’ songs. I love this photo too, it gives such wonderful sweet symmetry. When I can give it to the two of them as a wedding present is another story altogether though. (:
